President Obama And The PA GOP Agree – His “Policies Are On The Ballot” This November!

HARRISBURG — Republican Party of Pennsylvania Chairman Rob Gleason agreed with President Barack Obama’s recent comments regarding the President’s policies being “on the ballot” this November.

“President Obama has just told every voter in our country to make this election a referendum on his presidency,” Gleason said. “Over the past six years, Pennsylvanians have lost their jobs, their health care and their financial security due to the liberal tax-and-spend policies of Barack Obama. Now, voters are faced with a candidate in Tom Wolf who not only shares President Obama’s liberal agenda, he doesn’t think it goes far enough.

“President Obama and Tom Wolf both support the national energy tax known as cap-and-trade, even as it endangers the jobs of tens of thousands of coal workers. Tom Wolf has called the disastrous law known as Obamacare a ‘good start’ and ‘a step in the right direction.’ Just like President Obama, Tom Wolf wants to leave Pennsylvanians holding the bag for his tax-and-spend agenda.

“I’m glad to see President Obama finally admit that his far-left policies are on the ballot this year, and we hope that Democrats such as Tom Wolf will stand up and agree with the President’s assessment of this upcoming election.”

Today, President Obama made the following statement during a speech in Illinois, “I’m not on the ballot this year…but make no mistake. These policies are on the ballot. Every single one of them.” (“Barack Obama: ‘Make No Mistake,’ ‘My Policies “Are On The Ballot’ In November,” GOPICYMI, 10/2/2014)
