Vic Stabile and Anne Covey-Republican candidates for state Superior and Commonwealth courts, respectively – are adamant in their belief that judges should not legislate from the bench.

It is a belief that many Pennsylvania voters share.

Stabile has served as a township supervisor in Cumberland County and has done extensive pro bono legal work for citizens and nonprofit organizations.

Covey, of Bucks County, has her own law firm and is the first female member of the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board. She is an expert on labor and employment matters and has written extensively on the subjects.
