Harrisburg, PA — PAGOP Chairman, Lawrence Tabas today appointed attorney Kathleen Gallagher as General Counsel and attorney Rebecca Warren as Election Day Operations Counsel for the state party.
Kathleen Gallagher is a partner at Porter Wright Law firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has served as a member of the Local Rules Advisory Committee for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the Federal Judicial Nominating Commission for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Gallagher was appointed by Governor Tom Corbett to the Higher Education Advisory Panel and is a Board Member of the Heinz History Center and Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.
Rebecca Warren, of Luzerne County, is former Montour County District Attorney and a former Partner at Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP. She currently serves as Interim General Counsel to one of the largest privately held dental distribution companies in the nation. In 2016, Warren served as Election Day Operations Counsel to then President-elect Donald Trump and was an instrumental member of the legal team that quashed the Jill Stein recount challenge to secure Trump’s victory.
