HARRISBURG — Tonight, Pennsylvania GOP Chairman Val DiGiorgio released the following statement on Justice Sallie Mundy’s victory in Pennsylvania’s premier race and the other statewide Republican victories:
“This is a great win for Justice Mundy and our other judges. Despite there being 800,000 more Democrats than Republicans in Pennsylvania, our Party came together to support these highly qualified and hard working judges.
“Our voters know the importance of judicial elections. We will build on these wins and prepare to take on Governor Wolf — the most left wing governor in the nation — and Senator Casey — the most obstructionist senator in the nation. Our Party is unified and ready for 2018.”
