Rochelle Bilal, President of the Guardian Civic League, praised Voit’s commitment to underserved communities. “[Otto Voit’s] initiative, ‘Kids without Connections,’ which offers students a head start opportunity for growth, while still in school, is one of the ways we will see a positive difference,” Bilal said.
