HARRISBURG – Republican Party of Pennsylvania Chairman Rob Gleason released the following statement regarding the fifteenth anniversary of the events of September 11, 2001.
“Today we pause to remember the horrific and cowardly acts against America that took place fifteen years ago,” Gleason said. “The terrorists attacks of September 11, 2001 devastated our country and destroyed countless families who lost loved ones on that fateful day. Fifteen years later, we must renew our efforts to honor the memories of the victims and ensure such senseless acts never happen again.
“To the friends and families of those lost or injured on September 11, the thoughts and prayers of the Republican Party of Pennsylvania will remain with you always.”
