National Federation of Republican Women’s Bus ‘Rosie’ Pays a Visit to the PA GOP Summer Meeting

LANCASTER –  The National Federation of Republican Women’s (NFRW) campaign bus ‘Rosie’ made a stop at the 2016 Republican Party of Pennsylvania’s Summer Meeting today as part of the NFRW’s national “Destination: White House” tour.

“Today we are honored to have the National Federation of Republican Women’s bus Rosie make a stop at the PA GOP’s 2016 Summer Meeting,” PA GOP Chairman Rob Gleason said.  “The Pennsylvania Federation of Republican Women, headed by Mary Barket, is doing a terrific job of supporting our candidates up and down the ballot, and it’s exciting to see them receive national recognition for their strong efforts.”

“The Pennsylvania Federation of Republican Women is excited at the chance to help our Party take back the White House,” Pennsylvania Federation of Republican Women President Mary Barket said. “We’re excited at the opportunity to help elect such great Pennsylvania nominees as Senator Pat Toomey, Attorney General candidate John Rafferty, Auditor General candidate John Brown, and Treasurer candidate Otto Voit, as well as our legislative candidates at the federal and state level. We stand united in our efforts to elect Republicans up and down the ticket in this very important year.

She continued, “As the Pennsylvania Federation of Republican Women prepare to host the National Federation’s Convention next year, ‘Rosie’ serves as a great tool to bring attention to our ongoing efforts to elect great candidates in 2016.”

Today’s stop in Lancaster marks the third stop in Pennsylvania for “Rosie,” who traveled to Pittsburgh yesterday and Gettysburg early this morning.

The National Federation of Republican Women will be holding its 39th Biannual Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on September 14-17, 2017.  For event information, contact [email protected].
