Congressman Meehan Questions Handling Of Marine’s Body In Greece

U.S. Rep. Patrick Meehan, R-7th Dist., is continuing to question the Pentagon and Greek government after the parents of a Marine sergeant who died while stationed in Greece discovered that his body had been sent home without a heart.

Craig and Beverly LaLoup, of the Coatesville area, said that after their son Brian LaLoup died in August 2012 while stationed in Greece, they discovered that his body was sent home without a heart. The family said the Department of Defense then gave them somebody else’s heart in its place.
