“Today, we mourn the loss of State Representative Dick Hess. Having served in the State Legislature for over 25 years, Representative Hess was a strong advocate for our party and its principles and serverd the people of the 78th legislative district with pride and vigor. We extend our deepest sympathies to Representative Hess’ family, and our heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with them during this very difficult time.”
