U.S. Rep. Lou Barletta, R-Hazleton, has been presented with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s prestigious “Spirit of Enterprise” award, which recognizes members of congress for their strong records of supporting pro-growth policies. Barletta was acknowledged for his votes in the 112th Congress, second session.
