HARRISBURG — Republican Party of Pennsylvania Chairman Rob Gleason released the following statement on President Obama’s executive violation of 2nd Amendment rights:
“President Obama has made a chilling power grab to propose unilateral executive actions that greatly encroach upon the Bill of Rights. Once again, President Obama is ignoring separation of powers, his constitutional responsibilities and his duty to work with Congress to arrive at meaningful solutions to our nation’s issues,” said Chairman Gleason.
