A weeklong state bus tour on behalf of the Mitt Romney-Paul Ryan campaign began this morning in Erie.
U.S. Rep. Glenn Thompson, of Howard Township, Centre County, spoke on behalf of the campaign at TM Filtration, 1432 Walnut St., after touring the plant with Rick Jackson, senior vice president of operatio
Thompson, R-5th Dist., is also on the ballot against Democrat Charles Dumas on Nov. 6 as he seeks re-election.
“What you’re doing in supporting domestic energy production is incredibly important. It’s all related,” he told Jackson.
The company manufactures filtration processes for the water, oil and gas industries.
