Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett begins a two-day kayak tour on the Upper Delaware River Thursday morning, while making stops in Wayne and Pike counties.
Corbett’s office said he discuss the economic impact and importance of supporting Pennsylvania’s natural resources.
On Friday he will learn about the many tourism initiatives taking place in the Pocono Mountains region.
His exact tour schedule will be announced Thursday, said a spokeswoman.
