House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) announced today that Rep. Pat Meehan (R-PA) will deliver the Weekly Republican Address on Saturday, February 4. Rep. Meehan is expected to highlight Republicans’ Plan for America’s Job Creators, which offers better solutions to help small businesses and opportunities for common ground at a time when millions of Americans remain out of work.

While President Obama’s policies are making our economy worse, Republicans’ Plan for America’s Job Creators offers better solutions to help small businesses and opportunities for common ground,” Speaker Boehner said. “Rep. Meehan is looking out for hardworking taxpayers and working on solutions that will remove government barriers to job creation in America. I look forward to hearing him discuss these priorities in our weekly address to the nation.”

“With so many families struggling in this difficult economy, the American people are looking to us for solutions,”Rep. Meehan said. “We’ve put forward a plan that will help create jobs and grow our economy. We need to act on these common-sense ideas and produce results for the American people.”
