FORE! President Obama Gets Off The Links, Asks Pennsylvania For Another Mulligan On The Economy

HARRISBURG — Republican Party of Pennsylvania Chairman Rob Gleason released the following statement regarding President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden’s visit to Philadelphia on behalf of Democratic candidates Joe Sestak and Dan Onorato.

“President Obama has taken some time away from the golf course as he attempts to convince Pennsylvanians to give him a “mulligan” on dealing with the economy, which his big government agenda has sitting in a hazardous “sand trap” of out-of-control spending and job loss,” Gleason said. “Joe Sestak and Dan Onorato continue to bring in the architects of the job-killing agenda that have led to double-digit unemployment and failed our Commonwealth and country. I believe that says a lot about what kind of leaders they will make if they were to be elected. In the face of poor polling numbers, Joe Sestak and Dan Onorato have once again decided to turn to the liberal Democrat establishment to bail them out.

“The job numbers, deficits and golf outings are the latest proof that Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Joe Sestak and Dan Onorato have completely lost touch with the voters of Pennsylvania.”
