PA GOP Unveils New Headquarters, The Shaner Republican Center

HARRISBURG — Today, the Republican Party of Pennsylvania officially unveiled its newly renovated headquarters, The Shaner Republican Center. Named in honor of Lance and Matt Shaner and family of State College, The Shaner Republican Center will serve as a state-of-the-art headquarters for our Party and its candidates in the upcoming 2010 election cycle and beyond.

“The Shaner Republican Center is a state-of-the-art headquarters that stays true to its historic roots, while at the same time is designed to meet the vigorous demands of a 21st century campaign,” Chairman Rob Gleason said. “With important races at the statewide, Congressional, and local levels, it’s absolutely critical that our Party has a headquarters that can provide us with the tools that we need to be successful in November. The Shaner Republican Center has the latest technology that our Party needs to stay competitive, and the resources our candidates will need to win. Our heartfelt thanks and appreciation goes to the Shaner family and the countless other supporters who made this goal a reality.”

“My family and I love the Republican Party and the values and principles it represents and couldn’t be happier to have our name attached to this magnificent building,” said Lance Shaner. “As we head towards November and are just months away from securing major Republican wins for our candidates Pat Toomey, Tom Corbett and countless other Republicans up and down the ballot, I am honored that The Shaner Republican Center will serve as the foundations to those critical victories.”
